BASIC GOATING
One of our normal farm business activities is raising our Valles Marineris Goats. Teaching folks about basic feeding and care for goats is a service we provide for those who want to purchase goats from us or are just interested in goats in general.
GOAT DAIRYING: MILK AND CHEESE

If you are wanting to get started with your own dairy goat project, we would like to help. Dealing with issues with pasteurization and safely making various varieties of cheese, this class is a must to successfully navigate entry into dairy goat ownership. This class is offered during the spring and fall, when we have goats producing milk. FREE with purchase of a milking doe.

Drive yourself to nearby Conway or Beebe on Saturday morning to play our game that puts the “fun” in fund raiser. Teams of 3 sign up to raise funds for their favorite charity and pay a $30 entrance fee.
$10 for production costs
$10 directly to chosen charity
$10 to purchase starting item
Each team will self record your adventure as you attempt to trade up your items repeatedly over the course of two hours at the open-air Beebe Flea Market. The team’s final item will be included in an auction, and all funds from the auction will go to the team’s chosen charity.
CRITTER ENCOUNTERS
It’s a farm; we have critters. Goats, chickens, horses, dogs, and cats all live here and we will, at various times, arrange for folks to meet and greet our animal companions.
COBBING WORKSHOP
Cobb is a building material composed of clay, sand, and straw. Several of the future building projects on the premises will be built with Cobb in combination with with used tires or straw bales. When the time is right we will do cobbing workshops to build these places.
LUMBER MILLING AND FIREWOOD PRODUCTION
Silviculture is a part of our farm business. We do specialty milling of lumber and produce firewood from wood waste that is a by-product of our neighbor’s tree service. This class/demonstration provides a fun insight into how raw materials are transformed into useful products.
